It was huge which was nice but the toilet broke and no one fixed it we had to figure it out ourselves there was long black hair on the bathroom floors and the bed sheets were so old and full of little balls

We were a group of 25 with 7 rooms, each of our rooms had been invoiced incorrectly, each room had additional charges of 30 to 400 dollars extra. We were charged double the rate we got from expedia! And at checkout no supervisor was available to remedy or correct it. The rooms were clean and up to date, but there wasnt an elevator (we had strollers). The breakfast had uncooked eggs, we complained, the chef threw the same eggs back on the grill, burnt the outside some more and the insides were still very runny. The dinner was better, however. People smoked weed and cigarettes in the halls, i dont know what else to say really, the place is mismanaged and are crooks.

Bien que le motel est âgé, les installations sont à jour. Les matelas étaient vraiment confortables et la chambre très propre. Les rapides sont directement devant le motel et nous pouvons marcher sur le sentier pour avec belle vue des rapides (magnifique!). Nous avons séjournés 2 jours et sommes très heureux de notre choix. Nous y retournerions n'importe quand.
Petit sentier le long des chutes, magnifique panorama.

la chambre et l'hotel était tres bien, mais le personnel de l'hotel a manqué de flexibilité dans plusieurs situation. l'alarme incendie de notre chambre s'est déclenché a 4h du matin car elle manquait de batterie et le receptionniste voulait qu'on l'apporte à la réception.. aucun rabais suite au dérangement. Parcontre,le restaurant de l'hotel est est tres bien et le service y est impecable, voir attentionné.

L’air climatisé n’était pas puissante . On a eu chaud par moment , malgré qu’on a essayé de régler le thermostat la température était autour de 23 ou 24 degrés . Lit très confortable nous avons été agréablement surpris! La vue est agréable avec les chutes . Les prix du restaurant était à dispendieux et le menu ne semblait pas varié . Pas idéal pour une famille avec jeunes enfants . Il n’y avait pas de chaises extérieures pour les chambres au rez de chaussée. Cependant, nous avions des chaises de plage donc c’est ce que nous avons utilisées . La chambre était propre
