They give us smoking room and I chose non smoking room and floor with room was bad smell. Yesterday the alarm was annoying and they said it was from the next room because they are smoking. Smoking is allowed on the floor. How does happen? unacceptable excuse. I can’t sleep all night 😡😡👎👎

I booked this hotel for eight nights and i had to cancel after staying there for 2 nights and they charged me for 4 nights for some reason i really didn’t care I just wanted to get out of there ASAP plus the staff doesn’t speak English very well so its hard to communicate with them

We had an amazing Stay with my family we extend our stay for 3 weeks great staff, great steam room, great jacuzzi also and Mrs. Fibbie at reception is very amazing we are coming back to the hotel after having left for 7 days only

Property was good for a short stay. Breakfast options for $55 QAR is not good. The wifi is terrible. But other than than the staff where lovely, and the hotel itself is located in a great spot for a walk to some of Qatar's landmarks.

Good location for metro and National Museum. Clean tidy rooms.Bottled water, tea and coffee much appreciated. Shower gel was empty and not refilled when asked.Shampoo kept falling off wall and not repaired when asked. Phone line to hotel was always engaged when I tried to phone from UK. Otherwise staff very attentive when needed for towels or toilet rolls.

Booked a Suite for my family but found only one king size bed. While booking the photo showed two beds, 1 king and 1 Queen. Requested for additional bed, got one but that was too old mattress and honestly had to spend a night uncomfortable.

Very friendly staff. Very nice hotel, nice room, great pool and hot tub, very good breakfast, etc. located 3 minutes walk from the National Museum of Qatar as well as the Subway which cost per day 6 riyals (or $1.5) and is very luxurious, safe, fast, going to many destinations.

The rooms were not clean, housekeeping only came in every two or three days, no changing of bed linen and towels, air conditioner was not working and more over there were bed bugs, even though we changed rooms multiple times. Won’t recommend to anyone and won’t stay here again
Stayed for couple of days. The lobby was great. The room is cozy and clean. The staff were quite helpful. It is located very close to major places like NMoQ, MIA, Souq, metro station etc.
Great value for money here.. i took a room with a wonderful view. The staff were polite and friendly.. I recommend this place for any type of travellers. Great central location too..
Nice place for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are 2 restaurants and a cafe in the lobby. The food was good although service in the asian restaurant was very poor. The airport shuttle was $20 and took 15 minutes. The room was nice with a tub and a shower. The light switches were very confusing. Didn't have time to really check out the area but the Qatar museum is across the street and the waterfront promenade is very close. You can walk all the way to the main city area.
After showering water ran from undèr the shower door and just lingered around had to constantly use the towels to removevthe standing water from the floor. Employees were not friendly at all. They stare at you as if you dont belong there, and they steal.
