"Front desk staff didn't have a clue what they were doing. I paid in cash at check- for a one night stay, then they charged my credit card TWICE. In other words, they charged me three times for a one-night stay. I had to file a complaint to get them to refund my credit card."

"For sure, it's a great choice for stay. Not much less than hotel amenities. Heating worked great, drinking water 15L bottle, mini fridge, microwave, 3 piece washroom, few plates, TV with DVD player in the room. Common area had small electric stove, 2 bbq machines, utensils, benches, etc.. firepit with wood also there. Not much activities or hiking trails nearby, but for a night or 2, it's certainly great choice in the woods. Highly recommended "

"The staff was great. Our room had a bit of a stale smell upon entering but then dissipated, one of our pillows had a strange odor that made it unusable. The breakfast met our needs- good coffee, pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns, turkey sausage, bacon, fruit, etc. "
