"The rooms are lovely but they have no self catering equipment in the kitchens despite having a kitchen. Large bathroom and comfy beds including the sofa bed. Only 2 loungers in the balcony even though we were three but I guess not a major issue if you use the beach. Bathroom towels on the small side the beach towels are better size and quality. Pool is small not heated and in the first floor, 10 loungers around it all in the shade. Loungers are not the most luxurious. Relaxation area has 2 beds and whilst children under 14 not supposed to use there was a young child on one of the beds and another in the sauna whilst we used it. Small gym. Staff were lovely and breakfast was good. Ate in both restaurants and food was lovely. Personally I would not say itโ€™s a five star hotel, facilities are minimal, pool area is not big, however itโ€™s a good hotel. We stayed at a very good price Iโ€™d have been disappointed if we paid full price."

"The location beats it all!! The hotel is right on the Adriatic coast next to the Old Town Budva and all the restaurants - couldn't ask for anything better! The room was spacious and clean. The only issue was the shower! The water leaks out of the glass shower cabin on the floor and I had to clean it up. From then on I had to shower in the SPA, which was great! Breakfast was nothing luxury but good basic breakfast with a nice variety of fruits."

"Comfy happy stay. Excellent location. X5 mins walk to range of bars /restaurants/ shops /beach. Private beach was nice with free sunbeds. Shingle not sandy. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Standard room was clean and comfy, but a bit small for our liking/price/5star rating . Quality toiletries. Comfy bed. Room cleaned quite late on some days for our liking eg 1pm. So if we returned to room at lunch time to relax it wasnโ€™t ready. Lovely tasty breakfast buffet with huge wide range of food. Hot water machine for tea water often packed up. Prefer a teapot to table service. Didnโ€™t try spa pool as all sunbeds taken. Went on an all day very early trip to Kotor so had a packed lunch breakfast. Disappointed sandwiches were dry and basic - cheese and ham version. Went in the local bus to town of Bar. Bus stops / Station nearby. Lovely church there worth a visit. Caught boat trip eur10 return to Budva. Bought ticket on seafront. Enjoyed old town. Go on the Nice coastal walk through pine forests and rock tunnels to an abandoned hotel."
