Wenn man Kaffee bestellt dann bekommt man nach einiger Zeit die Kaffeetasse ohne Löffel - ohne Zucker … das dauert dann auch wieder usw… leider ist der Kaffee fast nicht genießbar. pro Woche darf man 3x in den Themenrestaurants speisen. "Wir waren zum vierten Mal in dem Hotel. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und die Anlage sauber. Früher gab es Prosecco am Buffet, das wurde leider abgeschafft. Wir kommen hier immer wieder, weil es nicht zu überlaufen ist und die Qualität kontinuierlich gut ist. Wer nicht gerne geht sollte ein Zimmer am Hotel komplex direkt buchen.
