"Clean and welcoming room, plenty of shops within walking distance. There's a tram stop just around the corner of the building. The gym is small but tidy and the machines work well. Was fairly quiet, though I could hear conversations from the occupants in the room next door. Outdoor noise was minimal from the high level room. Shower was wonderful with good pressure, adequate temperatures and had a rain shower head."

"Staff were terrific! Thank you ! The location is perfect - so much is within walking distance or, if so inclined, to the trams. The rooms and hallways did need a bit of TLC. Carpets were stained and the room needed some colour. Nonetheless, the room was a great size, very comfortable, and the view was second to none. would I stay here again - absolutely!"

"I thought Peppers was more high end than this. This is a weird place. Strange lobby, checkin and bar. No room service and no drinks or water in mini bar, so after arriving late disappointed not to have any options. Perhaps I missed this when choosing the hotel. The bed mattress was awful and I rolled into the groove of people who have stayed before me. Anyway it’s fine, but not great. "

If you are visiting the city, save some money on car rental and just stay here.
