"The outdoor pool and the service were great. The A/C was only in the living area and not in the bedroom, so it was hard to sleep. Also, the A/C was a split unit with the outside portion on the balcony, so there was hot air blowing on us when we tried to sit on the balcony. The breakfast was average and not what I would expect from an 4-star hotel. Since the espresso bar was down, there was only coffee from a machine. We didnโt like the coffee so we went off property to get our morning cappuccino."

"Excellent classic hotel in great location . The hotel is older but maintained very well and the common areas - lobby , restaurants, and pools and spa are fantastic. I am Bulgarian and loved to see Philippine and Indonesian workers at the restaurants - very high level of customer service . That alone made made the trip at the hotel incredible. Highly recommend"

"The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I canโt say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasnโt the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment planed in advance. It is truly lovely place to spent some quality time with family and friends in otherwise hot weather elsewhere in the country. Perfect place to escape the heat with some perfect mountain view."
