"Disgusting. Absolutely filthy. When I saw our room I felt sick. The worst value for money room I have seen in 30 years of travel. The manager would not swap our room, nor negotiate the price, nor refund, despite trying to negotiate for an hour. We could not contact Hotels.com as their website was down and our phone went flat. "A notre arrivée sur place, réservations annulées !(3 nuitées). La dame de la réception n'était vraiment pas amène L'adresse de l'hôtel sur le site n'est pas l'abonné ( on s'est retrouvés à l'autre bout de la ville au milieu de rien).Bref on s'est retrouvés à la rue à 19h lors d'un week-end de vacances nationales ."
