"Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an incredible experience during our stay.The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit, yet still peaceful and quiet for relaxing evenings. The host was welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and providing great recommendations for local activities and dining. The amenities exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt at home....

"The sofa beds did not have linen or bedding in the correct size. The bathroom door in one of the rooms needs to be repaired, you could get trapped. The house from the outside does not have identification, I arrived at a very dark night, without telephone coverage and we could not locate which house where we would stay. For the WiFi, the key is a zero place that is easy to locate, taking into account that the people who are staying are passing through, as well as placing legible instructions on...

"was super clean except trash cans in kitchen and both bathrooms wer full when we got there. there was also a lot of construction going on all around the unit and several times the construction workers were blocking us from coming & going & we repeatedly had to ask them to move"

"This is a lovely property near Fanning Springs. The owners were responsive & phoned to make sure everything was in order. The home is extremely comfortable, convenient to Hwy 19, location was perfect. I usually stay in Gainesville when traveling to this area to stay in a hotel, and I’m so glad this popped up on Expedia & I found Tranquil Oaks. I’ll be back when in area.
