Staff were good and the room was pleasant as well with lots of space. The heat settings were a little hard to adjust but it was good once it was figured out. The pool was nice and warm. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was very spacious. Nice to have an entryway to keep wet boots and luggage not in the area where the beds are.
