"I resreved 2 rooms for my grandkids and i didnt know you couldnt pay cash for the rooms. So i had enough on my debit card to pay for 1 room but we had to many people to stay in 1 room we had 3 adults anda9year old 2 year old and 4month old so we had to have 2 rooms so i gave my sons girlfriend money to put on her cash app card so we could pay for the other room. Well by the time we had the money they already sold my other room and since i went through expedia both rooms was suppose to be 280.77. By the time we got done dealing with this problem they put the other room in my sons girfriends name so she had to pay full price.so it cost me $190 for my room and $ 309. For the other room. Then when we checked out the manager said oh it was like that cause we couldnt findthe other room reserved which was bull cause ive called and texted to try to get a joining room cause my two year old grandson likes to run around and they still didnt give us a joining room and she was able to find the room when i didnt have the money at that moment cause she told me they werent conjoining. They messed up with us big time and the people behind the desk was NOT helpfull either. But guarantee i will have money on my debiy card to pay for hotel room on my next trip and it wont be there thats for sure!!!!!"
