Offended she had blocked her call. This person obviously needed the day off for personal reasons and did not want to take your call harrassing her to come in anyway. And as a guest, I definitely didn't need to hear about the situation through my entire breakfast. Unprofessional."

"Great location with Cemetery Hill just to the north good parking, clean and quiet, 24/7 coffee in the lobby breakfast is average but the view is great from the breakfast room on the third floor several good restaurants and two breweries within 1000 foot walk "

"Under construction, they didn’t have the correct room for us even though we had reservations months ahead, there was no shower gel, the tvs do not respond to remote, the breakfast was way over priced for limited continental and you can hear everything!!! It was not the usual Hilton standard at all. "

"Honest opinion. The lobby and property grounds were very nice. However the rooms were very dated and the tv was small. The beds were fairly comfortable for me but my husband thought it was a bit lumpy and could feel springs. The beds could use a thicker blanket or spare in the closet. Everything was very clean in the room though. Shower and water pressure were great. The pool was cold for an indoor pool and the hot tub felt great but needs to be resurfaced.
