I liked the free shuttle to the airport and the food in the bar. The only complaint about the hotel was there was no lotion in the bathroom. But other than that, I would say it is a very good place to spend the night before you fly out of Amsterdam.

Excellent service from Reception however very lacking in the dining room as well as the limited menu. Also only one out of three lifts was working.

The hotel has probably seen better days, as it's a little tired and pricey (Amsterdam is not cheap for accommodation) but it was a good location, just outside the centre and walkable. There are regular trams a few minutes away. We stayed in the large penthouse and it was good for what we required, with a large too floor patio overlooking towards the centre. Staff are great and helpful. Even though it's a bit tired, I'd still recommend staying.
