They also helped us schedule a massage in their spa that was professional and healthy. The skybar is the best rooftop bar in Hanoi, even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The restaurant is excellent with a variety of regionally representative choices from all over Vietnam. "

"Room was great. Staff were extremely accommodating. I booked the room minutes before arriving because the hotel prior catfished me and they were so helpful when I arrived extremely frantic. This hotel the photos look just like the rooms and the staff go above and beyond. Definitely recommend this hotel"

"We had a very nice stay here at this hotel. Everyone was so supportive and friendly. The room is cozy, fully equipped, and the staff even offered us welcoming drinks and fruits when we came to the hotel earlier than check in time. Breakfast was awesome, especially the dessert."

"The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had booked rooms assuming we had outdoor windows as that is what the pictures looked like, but were surprised to find the windows facing indoor corridors. The staff were very apologetic and we were given some compensation for the inconvenience. The rest of our stay exceeded expectations as breakfast, spa, cleanliness and staff were great. "

"Brand new hotel with nice japanese style. Really like the design. However the cleaning need major improvement, very dusty inside the room. Cant really breathe while sleeping. Pls pay attention on thw cleaning. Else wouldn't be back again. Thank you."
