"I enjoyed my stay and everything went well. The only complaint I have is about the cleaning service. my trip was 4 days and my room did not get cleaned not even once even though I called. However, I did get cleaned towels and communication was clear and easy."

"The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and responsive. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very small, the door didn't fully close without slamming it and the toilet seat was loose and skid from side to side. My biggest complaint was that the room was damp. Not sure if it was the air conditioner which seemed to be working fine... but everything was damp... even our medications in our weekly pill boxes got soft, / damp."
