"Fiz a reserva que dizia que tinha estacionamento e em outro site dizia banheiro privativo. Reservei a do banheiro porém na chegada não havia estacionamento e o quarto que reservei nao era de banheiro privativo. Não lembro o nome, mas quem me atendeu foi rude, nem se importou e não fez questão de verificar algo para corrigir o erro do anúncio, desculpas ou qq coisa (ele é gordinho baixinho de óculos). Dirigi 18hs de Buenos para Bariloche e paguei mais caro por causa do banheiro. A atendente...

"We never got to stay there because they shifted us to another hotel with no view and without apology or compensation and we had prepaid 3 months earlier. We felt undervalued by this hotel and without options than to accept what they did to us."

"I stayed for one night - the guy that worked the reception was very nice and really helpful with suggestions. The room was comfortable and it was located very close to the bus stop for the airport. "

"This room is very basic. Offer a nice breakfast and friendly staff are available to help. Only problem was the heater in the room was controlled externally and the room was like a sauna all the time. It was too hot to sleep."

We are very grateful to Luna, a staff member that spoke perfect English, for all of her recommendations on tours, hikes, restaurants and local culture. We enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable beds, and proximity of the hotel to nearby restaurants and shops in San Carlos de Bariloche while being situated in a park-like setting with views of the lake and mountains. Would stay again and highly recommend."
