"Very pleased with my stay with the exception of being woken up at 4am by what sounded like a vacuum and house keeping preparing a room. I did call the front desk and they had it cease immediately."

"Front desk was so friendly upon check in, the room was clean and the AC was so cold! We enjoyed the arcade as we roamed the hallways and the pool was perfect. My only complaint was the smell in the elevator…off-putting at 6 in the morning. "

"Honest opinion. The lobby and property grounds were very nice. However the rooms were very dated and the tv was small. The beds were fairly comfortable for me but my husband thought it was a bit lumpy and could feel springs. The beds could use a thicker blanket or spare in the closet. Everything was very clean in the room though. Shower and water pressure were great. The pool was cold for an indoor pool and the hot tub felt great but needs to be resurfaced. The diner was nice for breakfast. We traveled with our grandkids for a little weekend getaway. They enjoyed it and that’s all that really mattered but they would have been in the pool longer if it was slightly warmer. All in all, a bit overpriced and ok but needs improvements."

"Terrible experience. Front desk guy hung up in my face when asked for more towels and yelled at me and told me I couldn’t have any more towels. So The pool was out of commission so we had to drive 10 minutes each time to another hotel just so my kids could use the pool. Huge yellow stains all over the ceilings in the room. Dirty carpets and couches. Bathroom door was so sticky and dirty. There was stains and blood on a pillow case cover. Mold on the bagels at breakfast and everything was cold and gross. "

"We have stayed at this property several times and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable and the check in process was very easy. We love the location. It’s a short drive to Hersheypark or the Giant Center but away from all of the congestion of downtown Hershey. "

"WiFi only worked in the lobby not in the rooms. Water in shower when from cold to scalding hot no in between."
