"Travelled extensively for 40 years, domestically and internationally; this is the second worst hotel I ever stayed in. Starts with check-in via kiosk with on-screen avatar; no humans in sight; room key issued like getting money from an ATM. Discovered hair dryer cord was cut in two and curtain was broken and would not close to block outside light. "I paid for my stay through hotels.com and had to pay again at the property because they claimed “hotels.com” didn’t pay us. When they did get they payment from hotels.com. Thankfully hotels.com got me my money back I paid through them and I hope this place gets shut down from the health department and BBB!!!"
