"This retro hotel has tons of old school charm. Right on the water. Close to the ferry. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Little patio was great for chatting with other guests and watching wildlife"

"We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, knowing full well its just a nice big room, with king-size bed. Loved the charm and history of this building, that was once owned by the Yatch club we overlook as well as ocean tide ciing in and out! Bonus! The huge outdoor patio, had furniture, made from lobster traps was really unique! The eclecticly furnished, clean room, with fridge was very cool. Not cookie cutter, like bigger hotels Shared kitchen downstairs, for glasses or cooking. Only improvement would be to have better pillows. Mine was o.k. but partners a was huge, hard pillow, which made for uncomfortable sleep. Despite pillow, we would highly recommend this accommodation, right on water, in downtown Digby."
