"First I couldn’t get my vehicle parked because they don’t have proper parking. The front desk closes at 11pm, it does not open until 10am. I froze in my room, I turned up the heat and it never reached above 15°c
Room key had to be ‘jiggled’ to open the door. No security night lock.i did not shower in the small shower box. Cost was the same as a top hotel! It was not cheap! "

"This hotel appears to be new and the rooms are well appointed and spacious. Excellent lights, plugs heating and AC. The room and bathroom are spotlessly clean and the shower is large and easily accessible. The Mokai Inn is a very pleasant surprise in Outlook. "

"This is a super rundown facility - only for travellers looking for the cheapest option. The room, bedding and towels smell like they are washed in Pinesol - everything has a a really strong chemical odour. Broken knobs on the shower faucet. I would not stay here again - just too rundown and not maintained at a professional level."
