"Food is 10/10 and so are staffs, building is new and spacious but only issue is noise outside and inside. I wish they can invest in better windows and doors for noise insulation because anytime anyone walks through the hallways, closes or open doors, trucks honks outside etc. it all can be heard inside the room and can be very disruptive through the night. "The hotel was very nice situated in a very quite part of murree. The hotel was very clean and modern. There was lots of staff members around all very polite and helpful. The food in the cafe donwstairs was a bit expensive and wasn't to our taste. The swimming pool hasn't been built yet either. The hotel is about 5km from mall road and we found it difficult to get taxis but luckily we had a driver. "

"The best part of the stay was food and view. Sadaqat at the saffron restaurant really took care of us and served us with smile. Reception staff can learn from Sadaqat on how to be courteous and smile. Late night at 3 am was loud banging of the door, I called reception and no one picked up, I gave up after 15 mins, the sound didn't stop until morning. Check In and Reception staff service is zero but food/restaurant area is top notch and view was awesome it was quiet retreat away from city"

"PC bills itself as a luxury resort and if you come in expecting White Lotus levels of luxury, you are probably going to be disappointed. Lines can be long for check in and breakfast buffet, and there are a few quirks here and there (slow service in the restaurants, lack of temperature controls in some rooms) that might irk. But the staff is very friendly and the setting is lovely and the bed I slept in was crazy comfortable. "

"The place was neat and clean, walkable distance to mall road. It was in a quite location. Staff was helpful and the food at their restaurant was good (we had a breakfast there only). Although 1) standard room looked much better on pictures than in real life 2) the ad says the price includes breakfast while it actually doesn’t. "

"Terrible Terrible Booked it on Orbitz thinking it will be a reliable place. Paid $55 for one night. No clear directions or road signs how to find this place. I parked my car roadside just trying to figure out what to do now. A guy approached me to check what was I looking for. He then called somebody to confirm my booking. There was no office. "Freezing, no other guests there, they did not know about our booking and all lights and heat was off. Temperature was just above freezing. I then had to call Expedia myself at checkout and spend half hour on phone to see why they didn’t receive confirmation or payments despite them seeing the confirmation and proof. Might be fine for locals but terrible experience for international travelers "
