"We booked a room for my wife, our teenage son and I. But When we arrived late in the evening we discovered that we only got two beds. So I had to call for them to get another bed. They were very quick to fix this. However, they forgot to add pillow and a blanket. I called them the follwing day, but we did not get blanket nor pillow. Only linens came. So it must have been some miscommunication, probably on my behalf. Also, there were no coat hangers in our room and nothing to hang our clothes...

"I don’t think the hotel has lived up to the Indigo standards. It was not bad in terms of the design, but very small and basic, not the typical Indigo that I had expected. The breakfast was the same every day and was boring. The orange juice was clearly not freshly squeezed to me, but the staff insisted it was. The shower head was very dirty, please train the staff to pay attention to the small details. Nonetheless, all the staff are very nice. "
