"On checking in, I was told that they would not accept my Passport as ID and I needed to produce Indian ID document and proof of address. Room was not ready on arrival either. There was no heating in the room and the weather was cold so I requested a heater and was told that this would incur a charge. Breakfast was not served on time and the food selection was very limited. There was quite a bit of waiting for the food and hot drinks to served for the buffet breakfast. "
