Regarding bedding, we don't really use foam, its acquired from a reputable mattress brand from Bangladesh. We will certainly review our existing beds to ensure if conforms to the norms of western guests. Generally all guests loves our accommodation, we are not sure if your room in particular had any specific issue that needed attention. We will investigate this further. But we are certain, had you raised this issue to our Front Desk Team, we would have happily changed your room to a more suitable bedding, one that matched your expectation. Dear Sir, Thank you for booking with us. Its very unfortunately we couldn't live up to your expectation. Whilst we know sometimes due to policies we are restricted, but this is due to ensuring the integrity of properties safety & security. We have clearly informed you Sir, if your visitor was a foreign passport holder we would have no issue allowing her to your room. But in your case, she was a local and she didn't even have any ID with her. So there is no way for us to even relax the rule for a second, honestly speaking Sir, if your visitor had a passport and even though she being a local, we would have allowed her into the room. But without any ID allowing someone into the room, specially a local visitor at the room of a foreign guest would lead to the person in authority or the Front Desk Staff to face serious ramifications from higher management. We understand Sir, it caused you tremendous distress, but as you can appreciate Sir, there was nothing we could do. We wish if this situation worked out a whole lot differently where she would perhaps carried a passport on her and us being able to allow her to your room and all this unfortunate set of circumstance perhaps never have happened.
