"I loved our one night here. It was a stop off on the way further south but I wish we could have stayed longer. So peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay happen, even when we arrived late. We ate our breakfast outside in the courtyard which was idyllic. The food was gorgeous. We shopped in the farm shop afterwards and bought more than we needed as it all looked (and was) so good. A really lovely stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Really ovely room. ...

"We have just spent 3 nights here and can't speak highly. Our stay was very comfortable. Our room was very well equipped, clean. We had biscuits, teas coffe hot chocolate, water and milk and juice on our arrival. Everything you could need in the room. But if you did need anything the staff would be happy to help. The room and pub was so clean . The breakfast were your good and lots of it. Evening meals we ate there 2 nights and all meals very good. Although the fish option wasn't available...

"The room was fine but as we went on the hottest day of the year it was like an oven. We were provided with a large fan though. Other than that it was a lovely building and the staff were great."

"A nice cosy pub with very friendly staff and a comfy bed. You may need to breathe in to get parked as parking is limited! Recommended for a short stay, but my room was quite small so I probably wouldn't stay more than a night or two. It was very good value, though and would definitely stay again."
