"What a pleasant experience. The staff at check-in and check out were so friendly and professional. The facility was very clean and well designed. Felt like home. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast but especially the 24 hour coffee were the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this business. "

"Rooms were clean but pool area was not. What is usually a chlorine smell was instead of a moldy basement. Either the chemicals need to be adjusted or they were simply not used; the area surrounding the hot tub and pool had white and red buildup and discoloration. We chose this location for its hot tub and unfortunately it ruined it. Breakfast was ok - only two warm food tray offerings: eggs and breakfast sausages in water. Location off highway was accessible but the pool was a major letdown "

"We had a great stay! The pool water temperatures were perfect for our young kids and the area was very clean. The rooms are outdated but were still clean, it was great to take our young kids to for the night and have an area judt for them with a hot tub for the adults to watch them directly. "

"The one bedroom suite room design is completely lacking. They purposely don't show you photos online of the design. This hotel was recently remodeled but the design of the rooms remain the same. There is no privacy at the bathroom sink it is right in the middle of the living room area. The living room has furniture that feels like vinyl outdoor furniture. If you stay here don't waste your money on a one-bedroom Suite it feels like a motel instead of a nice hotel . They didn't get a four-star rating for their room design for sure. Also in the one bedroom suite the microwave sits on top of the desk in the bedroom . And the refrigerator is in the bedroom. The TV does not pair to Android phones for use of hulu Netflix and the like. So if you want to watch TV you're forced to watch only the tV channels that are provided. The phone in the room is a rendition of the old antique Style and it did not work. "
