"The first night we got there the room that we got into had a broken air conditioner, and no refrigerator and I travel with a daughter who has special needs. With an autonomic dysfunction that’s triggered by severe heat, but we stuck it out through the night cause there was no other options however! The staff was exceptional. The place was a little rundown, they got us in a room and everything but every time we had an interaction with the staff, they were so beyond nice and professional and sweet...

"This hotel is new and very nice. The room is huge and the bathroom is also a nice size. The only thing that bothered me, was they told me when I checked, and there was a $12 parking fee, which was not mentioned anywhere. The parking lot was not even close to capacity and this is Loveland Colorado. Not the Denver Tech Center or DIA hotel, so that was very frustrating. "

"Great stay! We checked in early evening, I wanted something to eat and the folks at the desk suggested the Berthoud Brewing Company which is just across the parking lot. It is a very well kept property in a nice quite safe neighborhood. Nice breakfast at the hotel in the morning. Would definitely stay again!"

"We loved our stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The swimming pool was a blast for my kids with the slide and hot tub. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful with an assortment of options. My kids and husband loved making waffles. We were in walking distance of several restaurants. It was a great stay. Great price! So glad we chose comfort suites. "
