Lovely place, felt like a second home. Housekeeping was on their job, and nice. The building always smelled really good. Prices were fair, including for the laundry room (super cheap and reasonable. The selection for breakfast was extensive and very good. Front desk staff was amazing except for one lady, all the other four I interacted with were nice and accomodating and quick to help. Overall a beautiful property. Top on my list for my next stay, definitely will be visiting this area of Michigan more in the future, so this will be my spot. Thanks

This is a wonderful property. It’s in a great location with plenty of restaurant and shopping options close by. There’s a movie theater in walking distance as well. My room was very clean with no complaints.

The hotel is very nice for the price. Spacious rooms. Clean and attractive. Plenty of parking. Outstanding staff. Very quiet. The only negatives are: Not enough water pressure in the shower, not the best soaps and shampoo, beds may be a little hard for some people. 3rd time I've stayed at this hotel. Will stay again. Best hotel in that general area.

Pool was very disappointing. Water was freezing. Children couldnt enjoy their swim. Also, check in was at 3 but room wasnt ready until almost 4. Breakfast was blah, no fruit options available. Bed great, pillows sucked.

Home away from home.
Staff was very friendly and checked in via text throughout our stay. The room was very clean. Having a small kitchenette in the room was very nice. Location of this hotel was perfect for shopping access and restaurants. We traveled with our dog and did not have to worry about him finding things in the floor. Highly recommend this location.

I like how it was clean and quiet very much suitable for families with kids, however the breakfast was amazing the pool was not the best wasn't heated and the smell of the chlorine was too strong!! Otherwise I would rate my stay 10

Very nice and clean hotel.
The hotel was very clean, well maintained. Staff was very friendly, very professional. Very convenient location. The only reason for the 3-star rating on comfort is because of the annoying dog barking for 3 hours in the rooms next to hours. It was very irritating listening to the constant barking. Otherwise, the stay was good. Definitely will stay again, hopefully next time there will not being any annoying pets in the room next door.

I like staying at Home 2 Suites, but this stay was not what I expected. The toilet we had in our room was leaking at the bottom ( let front desk know when we left). The shampoo in the shower was broken. We had to ask for a new one which we had no clue how to change out. The main issue here was a bunch of young tweens running around (like in a playground) in the lobby and breakfast area. There were no parents or fuaedians present, they were loud, obnoxious, in everyones way and none of the employees stopped it from happening. They also were swimming, coming out into the lobby area soaking wett. Water was all over the floor. Luckily no one fell and got hurt. Very disappointing how it all went down at what seemed like a nice hotel.

Dogs should not be left in a room by themselves.
Always a great place tp stay. But this time a very loud dog barking in a room was very disruptive. Mentioned it to the front desk and not even an apology. Just suprised by that.

Extremely loud barking dog. Mentioned it to front desk when I was asked how my stay was and there wasn't even an apology. This is why I don't take my dog to hotels. Others should be respectful of peoples sleeping hours
