Only rated the property less than 5 stars because the guest in the neighboring room blasted his television while he had apparently fallen asleep. It took over 2 hours to get it taken care of. Well past midnight. Otherwise we loved this property and its proximity to Ann Arbor.

Very clean and nice looking place. However, Breakfast was limited. Would like bacon and sausage. Also coffee was VERY weak. Had to walk across parking lot for good coffee.

We are sorry to hear the breakfast wasn't up to par. we do offer a more limited grab-and-go minded breakfast, but we appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind. we are also sorry the coffee was so weak we will look into this. So far, our stay has been PHENOMENAL! I unfortunately had to have an emergency surgery recently and our travel plans had to change drastically. The managers, and especially Cyan have been above the moon accommodating, and have gone above and beyond for us thus far! The hotel is super clean and pristine! Enormous thank you to the staff!!!

I would love to give this hotel a great rating, however upon entering our room the toilet had a wad of toilet paper in it and it was clogged. This tells me the toilet was not properly cleaned before we checked in. We called down to the desk and were first told they would send someone up to fix it. An hour passed and no one showed up, so we called again and were told that maintenance had gone home for the day, and we could either switch rooms to a king room vs our queen room with two beds and no credit or come get a plunger and unclog it ourselves. I was very upset by this and would give it a one-star rating if the room itself wasn't as comfy and clean as it was, and we didn't have great service upon check in. The breakfast was also pretty well. We just stayed one night, so used the bathroom in the lobby for the most part when needed. Additionally, while hanging out in the lobby, we heard a couple other guests complain about their toilets being clogged, so I wondered if it was just a disgruntle employee that clogged them purposely. Especially since everything else appeared very clean and in order.

Very nice staff. Breakfast was great. The staff stated that they were short housekeepers. The bathroom needed more attention. Hair noticed on the floor and shower area. Toilet seat was stained.

This would be a great hotel for a multi-day stay, as they have a dishwasher and kitchen setup. The bathroom is nice, there are plenty of towels, and there are lots of food options nearby.

There was a power outage for 3 hours at 11:30 on a Thursday night on October 5th. The staff worker that first helped me wasn’t very friendly! The room I stayed in the window shade wasn’t working! The shower hot water wasn’t to hot!

Man I didn’t get his name but a white dude with glasses. He was the best had every answer made me feel comfortable and helped me when needed. I’ve never been to Michigan he was giving me places to go and things to do. Lost my room key brought me to me room no problem. Checked out early offered me a safe place to be until Uber got there highly recommend!

It was a nice place but the only thing that I had an issue with is that you could hear the people above you walking. I could hear a child running back and forth across the room.

Clean and quiet. Convenient for our needs. Breakfast comprehensive though a little too heavy on processed foods for our tastes. All but one of the staff we encountered were very friendly. The front desk person on our last day was quite impersonal and almost rude. (Handing me something without looking at me is one of my pet peeves.) The light switches in the room were a bit confusing, had to get a tutorial from the cleaning staff. The motion sensor light in the bathroom was great except in the middle of the night. Would have been nice to have been able to turn it off. But these are pretty minor quibbles.

Horrible Need Refund :( Please Help
My stay at this hotel was awful, I couldn’t even stay on the last day, my migraines got So Bad that I was physically sick and had to check out the day early. The hotel allowed kids to run and jump through the halls and rooms of this third floor they put us on from 8 am until 11:15. Each day. Nothing was done. Our hotel room had a strangers fake nails that were tore off and on the floor of the beds frame; That was the first cleanliness issue. I almost complained but didn’t. The bases of everything were dirty, drawers had specs and dirt; even the utensil drawer, the dishes were dirty as well as the fridge. Even our bathroom door was improperly functional; when you open or close it made an Extremely Loud screeching noise. I suffered the entire stay. The pool was Cold, I enjoyed the big bed and the big bed only, I could have had a better stay at home. That was Ridiculous. I want a refund and to be contacted properly on this stay. I have a video of the door, I have a video of me sitting in pain. Contact me directly.

So frustrating that the pool was closed. When you have children that have been waiting and looking forward to swimming and we finally arrive to find the pool closed. That was part of the reason for choosing this hotel.

Hotels employees need some training
I requested 2 rooms both with 2 queens. SInce we were traveling with a lot of people. When I checked in they were not sure they had a room. Then they did see our reservation and gave us a 1 king room that they could not change. Then I said I had 2 rooms. They did get us a second room but they do need to get their act together. Also if someone BUYS 2 ROOMS wouldn't you at least have them together so they could open the adjoining door if they wanted???? The noise was terrible thru the adjoining room. A child cried a lot during the night. If my family was in that room it would have made it a lot easier. They need better training and to at least offer something for their screw ups. We did not even get a sorry

We have stayed at this property before recently and chose to come back as we had an event in Detroit and liked the property and I utilize Hilton mostly as I am a Hilton Honors member and friends and family of Hilton. We did not get any sleep, as the room was boiling and the thermostat was completely off, we never turned it on. I tried to lower the temp to cool off the room and it would not. We also heard noise of people all through the night. This was a night away from our kids and we were looking forward to some respite and did not get any. We would like to have our night credited back to my account.

Cleanliness was rated lower, as the sofa had visible stuff on it not cleaned and on the carpet by the sofa. The pull-out sofa for the children was very uncomfortable.
