Room was great, Applebee's inside hotel was delicious and the staff was wonderful. 19th floor view was amazing... We could see both the water front and down town city. Only issue we had was shower had a drip that lasted about 30 minutes after showering, that was hitting the metal piece in the shower and we weren't able to turn our heat down, 76°. Ugh!

We had an excellent room - very big and very clean. The check in was amazing because of the friendly and helpful young lady at the desk. She helped to utilize my gift card as well as giving us information on the monorail system called the People Mover! Once arriving, we didn't even need our car. We also utilized both the IHop and Applebees restaurants located in the lobby area, so it wasn't necesary to leave the hotel. Given it was -12 windchill outside and snowing, that was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again!
