The hotel room was exceptional—spacious, modern, and featured a lovely balcony where we could relax and enjoy the views. "Property was beautiful, awesome views, well maintained, clean, breakfast delish and lots of options. Staff were very professional, friendly and catered to your every need and concern. Pool and spa space was very relaxing; we used pool and saunas for a day. Only feedback I have is to add some memory foam toppers on the mattress as they were quite hard. Seems to be somewhat of a common theme in Europe, maybe sleeping on stone is better for your back but I need a bit more cushion as you’d get quite numb sleeping on these beds. Same feedback from rest of family! Overall, highly recommended! "

"This hotel is an excellent spot that overlooks Sarajevo from the hills. Staff were very accommodating and helped me book taxis into the town. The facilities were very clean and I felt very welcomed."
