The hotel is a little outside Zell am See, but it is an easy walk to the center of town and alternatively there is a free bus directly in front of the hotel. "We stayed 4 nights in July 2024. The apartment (217) was clean, hade everything we needed and had a beatuifum view of the mountains from the balcony. The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities. We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. We had a problem with a wasp nest and they took it very serious, managed to remove it and the management even gave us a compensation for the trouble we...

"Perfect location for the centre without being disturbed. Authentic accommodation with an excellent choice at breakfast. Evening meal was optional which we enjoyed as the quality and service was exceptional, a little expensive but you definitely pay for what you get. Staff are very pleasant and spoke good English which made our stay more enjoyable. The Junior suite was a good size very clean and serviced everyday. Unfortunately there is no tea & coffee facilities in the room or air conditioning...
