"Wat een prachtig hotel. Heel erg mooi ingericht met een duidelijke verwijzing naar de geschiedenis. Geweldig personeel. Enkelen van hen zijn het hospitality vak aan het leren en dat is alleen maar te prijzen omdat je ziet dat ze hun stinkende best doen. De keuken is op hoog culinair niveau. Echt een aanrader."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are amazing and very clean. The hotel is in a quiet area which we liked. We chose this hotel as it’s in a quiet area, as I unfortunately have stage 4 Cancer, so wanted somewhere where we could rest and relax. This place definitely fitted that. The food is also amazing, as are the staff. The staff were all very helpful and were very accommodating, especially as we don’t speak fluent Dutch. We are already planning our next stay at Christmas! Cannot wait to return. Thank you for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. "

"The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and we had a nice view of the canal from our room. It wasn’t the biggest room (there was only space for one bedside table) but the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. There was good safe storage for our bikes."

"Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Easy parking in the back. The front appartments to the street were a bit noisy at night some windows were single glass windows. The TV was not working properly, needs a new screen. The dinner was nice prepared but not enough if you are hungry! Only one service person in the dining room: not enough staff, as always! "

"Whar a superb run hotel, not sure about the decor but could not fault the cleanleness, food, both evening meal and breakfast, was spot on. Staff very friendly and helpful, we were the only English at thd hotel and made very welcome. "
