"Guest services, restaurant staff, housekeeping and all staff we encountered were absolutely phenomenal. Professional, polite, friendly and welcoming. It was nice to be back in Zimbabwe after over a decade and to be reminded of what it feels like to be home. Shout out to the Chefs, the food was exceptional both in the main restaurant and at the spa. "The breakfast was outstanding, the rooms were adequate in size and very clean with air conditioning. Staff was incredibly friendly, everywhere you walked you would be greeted with a “Hello” “Good Morning” “How did you sleep?” This place was just fantastic. I don’t want to leave! I heard other people say that same thing too."

"They’re doing their best. It’s a kind of pay as you go hotel. They make you pay for each step because they are very decentralized. The restaurant for breakfast, the bar, the shuttle to the airport, etc. It’s not a bad place to stay, but don’t expect a lot. The stuff were pretty nice, but things move at a slow pace. Shout out to the laundry staff and house keeping. They were very professional and timely."
