"The place is magical. Scenery is beautiful. The only downside is that the food is not so great although breakfast was excellent. Initially we had planned to explore the area, like visiting Der El Kamar and the Barouk Cedar reserve. We opted to stay in Bkerzay the three days we were there."

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would! ✨ From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless — the space was spotless, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The entire staff went above and beyond with their exceptional customer service. Friendly, reliable, and genuinely caring, they made sure every detail was perfect. The cleanliness and sanitization standards were top-notch, which made us feel safe and comfortable the entire stay. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

The property is in a great location. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room had a wonderful view. Everything was clean. We will be recommending it to friends and family. Definitely a place we would stay again. The only negative was the loud music on the rooftop.
