"The hotel was attractive with a beautiful staircase leading up to the reception area on the second floor. Teh bedroomsand the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was outstanding. However, the reception desk is on the second floor and the only way to get theras attractive the staircase is, it was difficult getting to the reception desk which is on the second floor. . arew with luggage as there was son visible evelavtor. ombersome as there was no visibe elevator available. the entrance was cumbersome due to Starbuck's on the bottom floor. In order to get our luggage up to the reception area, we had to go through Starbuck's back area to get to the elevator. As attractive the staircase is leadidng to the reception, I felt it was a bit dangerous, as there is only one hand rail asending up the right side of the stairs."

"I would like to give 5 stars for this hotel, however that wouldn’t be totally accurate. The 5 stars aspect of the hotel are, friendly staff, pretty good breakfast, very comfortable beds, and the room had plenty of space (we had the Master Suite). The 3 & 4 star aspect of the hotel are, not so great location, the windows to our suite were only meters from the rail road track, the hotel is old (and it shows even though pretty well maintained), and if your not quick enough to book the jacuzzi and sauna at the spa you’re out of luck. Overall, we enjoyed our six night stay, and yes, we would probably stay again."

"Front desk attendant took our luggage from our vehicle parked outside to the outside of our room door upstairs. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Had a balcony with great view of the fountain. Hotel was quiet. We had chilaquiles for breakfast. Cooked to order. Food was great. The waiter was very professional. First time staying here and will definitely stay here again."
