"The room was not at address listed. We were told to take our shoes off to even check in. A credit card hold of $200. House style rooms with bedrooms. Could hear absolutely everything from other guest. Had to drive 4 blocks to different property. Would not repeat another stay. Property was clean is most positive trait."

"Hotel is still new, so carpets are fresh and no major wear and tear that most hotels show. Beautifully decorated! Nice layout. Breakfast was good but over priced. Service was slow and they always used the excuse “I was busy”. Hmm. They have a few kinks to work out but otherwise very good. Stayed 7 nights. Parking was $15/day - so budget for that before you go. On street parking is metered and one hr at a time."

"The room was clean. There was a vent in the room that was noisy. And people noisy in the hall.I didn’t sleep well because of it. The room was very small.If I were traveling through Whitehorse again this would be my last option for a hotel."

"Clean room and helpful staff! There are some staffing shortages so you might need to call/walk over to the downtown if you need assistance or your rooms refreshed. Other than a bit of a drainage issue, the blackout blinds were great and had a decent sleep! The historic interior is also cool!"
