"Mansión Mérida was more than a hotel. It was an over-the-top experience, the very best of everything. The attention to detail was outstanding. The city of Mérida is beautiful but sometimes a bit hectic and noise. The answer was to step through the front door of Mansión Mérida and be transported to a zen-like atmosphere of tranquility. The owner was warm and welcoming and the staff were superb. Mansión Mérida ranks at the top of our list."

"This Hacienda was recommended by a good friend of mine in Merida. I stayed for 8 nights in the Casa Maya, right at the beginning of the Botanical Garden, close to the pool and the main building. It was fabulous—clean, lovely toiletries, a very power shower, and the most luxurious bed! I was welcomed to the Hacienda family immediately upon arrival by Lilia.
