"The staff was wonderful, we spent the night here for a very early morning flight. The staff helped in getting a taxi and did provide us with a wake up call at 3 a.m. The food in the restaurant wasn't the greatest, but the overall experience was fine."

"Beautiful oasis just outside the heart of Valladolid- lots of enriching activities provided by the hotel everyday. The staff were accommodating, helpful and always cheerful. Loved the murals all around the property and the magic of the underground hot spring. Rejuvenating and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an immersive yet peaceful get-away holiday."

"Overall, hotel was nice. A little far from Parque Central & souvenir store shops. About a 20 min walk or a cheap uber( $5 or less). Parking garage in the basement. You get a new parling ticket everytime u leave and it needs to be stamped by the front desk. Great delicious breakfast (separate cost). "
