"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. Fuji's theme park is right next door, along with a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is connected to a traditional onsen, and as hotel guests, we receive complimentary entry. "Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "

"A beautiful, splurge-worthy ryokan hotel with all the excellent amenities and service you would expect. Dinner and breakfast were amazing and the views of both the lake and Mt. Fuji were unreal. There's a local bus that circles the lake and has a stop right by the hotel. We ended up walking to the hotel from the bus station, which took about 10 minutes, but the hotel also has a shuttle you can call."
