"Excellent attentive service from a top class receptionist. The hotel is full of character with nice gardens. Food was good. Rooms comfortable despite a creaky bed. Corridors were a little chilly but then I would expect that in an historic building. Overall a great find in a handy location and definitely worth a repeat visit. "

"We had a great stay in Wroclaw and the hotel was great in many ways. However, we had not been alerted to the fact that renovations were being done on the rooms in the 5th floor. Yet, we were still assigned a room immediately below the one that was being renovated. For 2 out of the 3 mornings, we were woken up at 7:00am with loud released noise and pounding on the ceiling.
