"The hotel is very convenient to Busch gardens, ....water, country and Williamsburg. However, the bar staff is not very attentiv in wase and really could care less if they wait on you or not. We always had to ask for service. However, the staff n the coffee shop we're great!"

"The property was very clean and large. The two bedrooms had two bathrooms,one with a nice walk in shower. It had a full kitchen with what you needed for cooking and serving.The grounds were well kept with be grills and seating area. A home away from home. I have booked another stay for my wives birthday in october 2026...The was the lowest price that we could find in Williamsburg Va for such high quality place to stay.."

"Individuals at front desk were extremely friendly and professional. Our room was huge (room 201 - suite w/3 beds + 2 bathrooms), clean, and perfect for our family of 5. Blackout blinds were greater and very much appreciated. The free breakfast was okay - nice to have a convenient free option available, but not particularly good (just meh) . But lots of other options nearby so not a big dealz"
