"What a gem! Great location off the beaten path with plenty of atmosphere and free parking. Our 2nd story room had great views to the volcano. Plenty of walkable paths nearby. Great restaurant with a decent breakfast."

"Modern hotel lobby and they have a cute neighborhood cat who's often wandering the grounds. Staff was helpful. Fantastic views and breakfast buffet facing the church. We enjoyed the views from all the windows, so beautiful!
The carpeting could be updated and our room + bathroom was cramped for three. If you're mostly resting for the night this will work."

"One of the most beautiful hotel that have stayed in. Love it for the hospitality and views are breathtaking especially the sea+morning sunrise. Receptionists were very helpful and friendly - they knocked on our door to let us know on the aurora sighting as was awaiting it. Recommend to stay 2 nights or more as our 1 night was too short. Breakfast was lovely & night having a cold Iceland beer was great! Thank you so much for the experience & warm welcome! "
