"One of the most beautiful hotel that have stayed in. Love it for the hospitality and views are breathtaking especially the sea+morning sunrise. Receptionists were very helpful and friendly - they knocked on our door to let us know on the aurora sighting as was awaiting it. Recommend to stay 2 nights or more as our 1 night was too short. Breakfast was lovely & night having a cold Iceland beer was great! Thank you so much for the experience & warm welcome! "

"This hotel is right on the ocean and a great walkway with fantastic sights. There is a restaurant attached and a few others across the street (but might not be open). Advice: Bring food/snacks with you because of limited shops and restaurants. The hotel looks like container pods. Ours had four separate rooms. Our room was spacious and comfortable. "Great stay! The room was nice and cozy. It included a mini fridge and a stove, which came in handy. The bed, blanket, and pillows were all so comfortable. A great stay after a long travel and busy day.
The offered breakfast from 0800 to 1000. I didn't go, but my husband said they had scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, milk, boiled eggs, coffee, brownies, bread, and tea.
I'm not sure if anything will change after our start because when we checked out, two gentlemen mentioned they were setting up...

"No staff onsite. To check-in we were given a phone # to call for lobby and room key code access. No one answered the phone. Local Icelander helped because there was another hotel with same owner in the next town and she called them to help us with access code. Others had the same problem. One couple had to sleep in their car because they couldn’t get their access code via phone instructions either. "
