"Great hotel , it would have been better if they had more pools and more bars. This is a definitely more family oriented and relaxing hotel. Don’t come here if you want a night life. Staff were kind and helpful. And definitely don’t forget to get water bottles and mosquitoes repellent."

"Fantastic staff, very cheerful and helpful. Clean rooms and the entire resort, fabulous ocean front all around the resort. However, there systems have issues linking to each other, I had an issue linking my all inclusive package to the front desk and the different restaurants, causing embarrassing questioning by staff with every meal! This was sorted out after a couple of days when I escalated to the front desk manager."

"Room was dirty,sheets were stain and table wasn't cleaned. The coushin to the couch smelled. Single female traveler here, they ask to many red flag questions for a single traveler. Power went out for about 5 min. checkout is 11 am, they turn off the wifi at 10 am. Nothing closed by,your forced to eat there. Could do better in cleaning the room. Many activities u want to do if they don't have enough to fill up they canceled you. No notice until its time of the activitie u signed up for. Wast...
