"Beautiful room, stylish and cosy. Really wonderful breakfast in bed. The lounge was lovely for a quiet drink in the evening. All short walk from the sea.
Best of all were Mark and Richard who were so kind, friendly, and generous.
We'll definitely go back."

"The family room was on the 3rd floor with two windows which were in poor condition. Only one was safe to open. The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was very good as was the restaurant where we had dinner one evening. Staff were always very helpful and polite."

"Hotel was conveniently located for a meeting in Crawley that I needed to attend. Check in process was swift. My room was clean, comfortable & spacious. Only downside with the room was the noisy fridge. The car park spaces could do with being made a bit wider."

"Room was very dirty. Pillows had stains on them. The carpet had stains and the walls were peeling and had stains. The silicon around the sink and shower was dirty and had mildew. Dead flies on the window sills. Drawer inside the bathroom was laying on the floor. Rising damp on the bathroom ceiling and the bathroom fan was dusty. Grotty room overall. Breakfast was nice and the staff were nice and friendly."
