"とても良かった。ホテル内のレストランは種類が充実しており味も美味しかった。また、遊び場も多く子供たちとパターゴルフを楽しんだりできた。今回は1泊だけだったが、もう少し時間があればさらに色々な探索ができたのだろうと思う。残念な点はプールに関して水が濁っており入ることに抵抗があった。また、とても水が冷たいので水温を上げてくれると入りやすい。"

"部屋は綺麗だし快適でした。ホテルのせいではないが、隣の部屋でずっと子供が暴れていてうるさかったのは残念。後、エアコンが最大で25度しか設定できず寒かった。（他の部屋に泊まった同僚はそれより上に設定できたそう。なぜ？）"

"It was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, I’d just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall I’d give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good work"

"You're in the middle of paradise here! Totally beautiful and serene. This is tea country with tea plantations surrounding the area My only complaint was at the restaurant which charged me almost USD 3 for green tea! Apparently, the only free tea is one local brand but since they are in tea country, I believe they could do better by offering what is local."
