"Air conditioner is ok during day time hours. I sweat every night though. They regulated it at night. Would not allow temperature to go below 72 degrees and it was hot at night. Wasn't impressed with the staff that were on property grounds. They were border line rude in response to some of my questions. 1300.00 for 3 night, I should have stayed at sunshine suites which offers so much more."

"Room was not completely clean. Strange smell from the water in the bathroom . Noisy most times. Found dirt on the lamps. Staff was friendly and helpful . Did not realize it was pet friendly lot of barking at night . Parking was great no issues .. restaurant mess up on the order most times . But a beautiful resort … "

"I absolutely loved our time here at Marriott Resort. The staff is amazing and the facilities are pristine. We stayed over Easter weekend, and although it was crowded, there's lots of room to relax. The beach is back as well! Water is pristine here and there is snorkeling opportunities at a makeshift reef just offshore. WE LOVE JEROME. Never a problem securing a chair, even when seat-hogs hoard them. Just ask the staff and they will take care of it. "

"This property feels more like a restaurant than a hotel. The pool area is mostly reserved for the on-site restaurant, and had only four lounge chairs around the pool. This made it awkward especially on busy weekends when we just wanted to relax and be by the pool. Check-in was frustrating as no one was at the front desk and we never received the access code or room number. Restaurant staff had to call someone to assist us at the bar. We also saw others struggling with the same issue during our stay. The front desk was unattended most of the time. It was difficult to get towels or any help. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and not guest-focused. I would not recommend this hotel."

"if you book this hotel and are not satisfied, they do nothing to make it right and you are not permitted to check out early. If you choose to checkout early they will charge the full amount of the 7 day stay Book at Indigo or Seafire is my suggestion"

"Beautiful place with covered parking. Elevator, ice box, and equipped kitchen made this a great stay. Great host! Ten minute drive to Seven Mile Beach, highly recommend. "
