A beautiful hotel!

Had a wonderful time. Everyone there was incredibly helpful with our all our concerns I.e. where to go, how to get there and dining options.

Had a great couple of days here. The reception bar with games is a real USP. Laura and Simon were brilliant and really went above and beyond for us. Great local knowledge. Rooms are comfortable, clean and while basic, had all we needed. I liked the touch of a general waste and recycling bin in the room, not something I've seen often in hotels but would like to see more of.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I will always stay here when I’m visiting Bern. It’s a lovely true 5 star property and the staff are always so welcoming. I would like to say a special thank you to Luca on reception for all his help yesterday and lovely conversation.

This hotel is located in a lovely area with easy access to tram lines, making it very convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood felt safe and had a nice atmosphere, with cafés, shops, and other amenities nearby. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and great value for the location. We’d definitely consider staying here again!
