"I was a bit concerned due to recent negative reviews but I by far had a wonderful experience. They held my luggage so I can explore the city before and after check in. Alex was very informative and polite during the check in process. They even accommodated a request I had. I messaged them with questions a few days prior to my arrival and they promptly responded. Tulios next door was also very convenient as a lot of food places closed early. They had a happy hour I wasn’t able to attend but nice...

"If you’re looking for the cleanest, the most comfortable, the best kept property, and privacy THIS IS ABSOLUTELY the place! It was an immaculate experience. My advise? Buy the breakfast - and yes get it delivered to your cabin. It’s 1000% worth it. Daniel is an AMAZING chef. Be sure to stop in to the office for homemade treats each day. Dora is so welcoming and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better couple’s retreat. We’re excited to come back someday!!"

"I must have walked by this hotel more than 100 times when I lived in Seattle. I did not stay in it until I moved away. Gorgeous personal space with a fireplace in the living room. Humongous tub in the bathroom, the largest I’ve seen in any hotel. Very roomy, classic old style with cozy finishes and furnishings. Excellent quality service as well. Large selection of quality restaurants, bars and cafes in the neighborhood. Lots of mom & pop type boutiques too. Ballard is so cool. This hotel is too....

"Room was very nice but the Inn was very empty during the fall. Kind of felt like a ghost town. Most of the food places are closed too so it was difficult trying to get food since our room didn't have a microwave or anything to cook with either."
